With over 20 years' experience, Sharon provides a TEAM APPROACH to ensure buyers and sellers have access to all information, options and regional expertise. As a fiduciary, Sharon specializes in Exclusive Agency representation, working in her CLIENTS' best interests at all times. As one of the first brokers in NoCo to earn the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation, Sharon has always valued the importance of unbiased buyer representation.

Sharon obtained her license in 2004 and is a member of the Loveland/Berthoud Association of REALTORS® (LBAR), the Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). In 2012, she became the founding Chairperson for LBAR’s Independent Brokers Group (IBG) and in 2013 served as Secretary for LBAR’s Board of Directors. In 2015, Sharon was appointed to the Downtown Development Authority (DDA), spearheading the revitalization of downtown Loveland.
