





- Learn how brokerage relationships work in the state of Colorado—Definitions of Working Relationships—a helpful and required disclosure when you initiate contact with a real estate broker to make sure you are fully informed of the options available.
- Review and sign the Exclusive Right to Buy contract before moving forward (together, we will negotiate terms such as the success fee and duration–one property, set period of time, etc.).
- Fill out the online application for lender pre-approval and establish comfortable price range prior to showings (see “Resources” tab or choose your own lender).
- Request a MySite account that’s directly linked to the MLS in order to isolate your criteria and stay on top of listings the instant they hit the market.
