





- Learn how brokerage relationships work in the state of Colorado—Definitions of Working Relationships—a helpful disclosure when you initiate contact with a real estate broker to make sure you are fully informed of the options available.
- Schedule a Home Preview (60 min) so I can take notes and learn about your home; improvements, upgrades, etc. in order to prepare a detailed and accurate Comparative Market Analysis (CMA).
- Fill out the online application for lender pre-approval and establish comfortable price range (see “Resources” tab or choose your own lender).
- Schedule a Listing Presentation (60-90 min) to discuss CMA results, marketing plan, listing strategy, answer questions and decide if I’m your listing broker.
- Review and sign the Exclusive Right to Sell contract before moving forward with our brokerage relationship.
