Discuss Marketing Action Plan, brokerage fees and sample listing contract.
- Email Follow-up (within 2 days): includes your personalized CMA report and proposed listing strategy.
- Review and sign the Exclusive Right to Sell contract to move forward with our brokerage relationship.
